Return Policy
PRODUCT SATISFACTION.
If you are unsatisfied with your Unicity product purchase, we
will issue a refund or exchange. You must contact us within 60
days of purchase. You will be responsible for return freight
charges if you return a product, and must provide us with a
written letter as to why you are dissatisfied.. Unfortunately, no refund
or exchange can be issued without it this written statement.
Please
contact us prior to returning any product at 1-800-659-1708.
If you refuse to accept a package and it is returned to us
unopened you
will be given a refund for the product. However you will be
charged a fee equal to our cost of shipping and handling. This means your
credit card will be reimbursed for your payment minus the
shipping cost.
SHIPPING POLICIES
If orders are placed before 11:30 a.m. Eastern time, (Monday
thru Friday) we process your order the same day... Otherwise
product is shipped the next business day ( Mon - Fri). We
ship by USPS and UPS. Your credit card will show payment to "

BACK ORDERS There may be times when a Unicity product is
"out of stock" and placed on a "Back Order" status. These "Back
Ordered" items will be shipped to you as soon as they are
available. We will notify you when this occurs. If
you have other items that are part of the order, but not out of
stock, these products will be shipped according to the schedule
above.
